An apartment perched above the Parisian rooftops, formerly a veritable energy sieve.
We were asked to completely rethink this space with the ambitious goal of achieving energy class B. Challenge met and brilliantly won thanks to a series of technical and architectural interventions: complete insulation of all exterior walls, installation of a heat pump, optimization of the ventilation system and complete replacement of the joinery.
