This spacious 3-level townhouse is located in the residential part of the Ixelles district.

We left the street-facing façade intact and changed it. We demolished the rear section of the house and rebuilt it, extending the garden level and creating a series of three terraces, each half a level apart. The rear façade was completely redesigned.
With this project we have also increased the floor area, significantly enlarged the living room overlooking the beautiful garden and allowed two other rooms in the house to benefit from the garden view and large private terraces.

The house is bathed in light, and the seamless flooring between the garden-level terrace and the glass-enclosed living room creates the illusion of complete harmony between the exterior and interior. To reduce primary energy and water consumption, the house has been insulated and equipped with a rainwater harvesting tank connected to the roof downspouts.
