Temporary exhibition at the National Museum of the Middle Ages

Scenography: Cluny Museum, Paris

2019

In association with Licht, SGS Architetti Associati and J De Patoul, participation in the call for tenders for the temporary exhibition “Embroidery art in the Middle Ages”.

The proposed scenography project, inspired by the Pelta Fountain in Rome, has the dual aim of enhancing the objects exhibited and leaving visible the volume of the Frigidarium space, the exhibition venue.

The framework of the exhibition is built around 5 thematic sections exhibited in 5 clearly identifiable display cases, each associated with a section, a sort of

totems, around which the exhibition route is structured.

The project obtained 2nd place.
